Proposal Sections We Can Write

Proposal Sections We Have Written

And with your input, we can write for you

The List below is a snapshot of more than 90 recently developed proposal sections written by Rainmaker in response to various solicitations – there are many more.

We Do Not Reuse Content From Previous Proposals

Every proposal element written by Rainmaker is specific to the client, the contract opportunity (RFP, solicitation), and the precise requirements of the solicitation

HOW DO WE DO THIS? Rainmaker is armed with 43+ years of proposal writing and management experience, comprehensive knowledge of our clients’ capabilities, attributes, capacity and experience/past performance, background and historic information regarding a solicitation and its authorizing agency, and knowledge of the federal contract law and regulations, Rainmaker dissects each solicitation and works closely with our client in search of potential win-themes and differentiators as part of our strategy to set our client (and its teaming partners/subcontractors) apart from all other competitors.

We focus our attention on the proposal response requirements and determine what if any, questions or requests for clarification we might ask of a contracting officer or his/her representative without giving the competition an insight into our strategies and processes. We prepare compliance matrices, proposal outlines, templates, data calls, client information requests, concise proposal schedules, proposal management plans, and a myriad of time-saving and compliance documents to ensure that the response time afforded to us is fully maximized.
